Inke BSc Physiotherapy
Kia ora, I'm Inke. Physiotherapist, endurance coach and racing triathlete. I build, check and adjust every elevatd plan myself, across every week of your training.
- Performance Coach - Netherlands
- Triathlon NZ Accredited Coach
- Advanced Course in Running Injury Assessment and Rehabilitation
Physio first
I studied physiotherapy in the Netherlands at Hogeschool Utrecht, then worked in high-level sport: elite field hockey and elite women's football. Alongside that I treated everyday athletes in a sports-focused physio practice, working with injuries around load and training, and rehab on and off the field.
I've seen what happens when training loads go wrong, so I build plans that keep you progressing instead of patching you up.
Then coaching
I started coaching endurance athletes in 2024 and have worked with every level and goal since: full Ironman, half Ironman, short-course triathlon, marathons and half marathons. My runners range from sub-3-hour marathoners to people crossing their first ever half-marathon finish line.
Still on the start line
I still train and race as a triathlete, competing over middle distance, and I raced the half Ironman World Championship in Taupō. When your plan asks something hard of you, it was written by someone doing the same work.
My physiotherapy experience runs through all of it: sensible loading, strength in the right places, and the judgement to know when to push and when to back off. I coach men and women all the way to their start lines.
Training for women, by a woman
As a female coach and triathlete I take female-based training seriously: plans that work with female physiology rather than treating women as small men. It's how I train myself, and it's built into every women's plan I write.
